LITHOTRIPSY
"Lithos" -- Greek for "stone" "Tripsis" -- Greek for "breaking"
Any guesses?? Yes Dawson went in for Lithrotripsy yesterday. He was hit 3500 times in 40 minutes in the kidney. Ouch! He's a little tender. He is now in the process of passing the kidney stones. Some of them are pretty big. He doesn't look very comfortable. Please continue to remember him in your prayers. Thanks.

That just sounds NASTY! I was so hoping this kind of a procedure would mean there would be nothing to pass, but I guess not. I will definitely keep you guys in my prayers -- that this will be over as soon as possible and that this is IT for his kidney problems.
